1. Service Agreement

By requesting or accepting service from Bot Boy PCs, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all repairs, diagnostics, data recovery, and other services provided.

2. Estimates & Authorization

All service requests will receive a written or verbal estimate before work begins.

By authorizing repairs or diagnostics, you give Bot Boy PCs permission to access your device and perform the necessary services.

3. Diagnostics Fees

A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply for troubleshooting services.

4. Data & Privacy

We do our best to preserve your data during repairs, but we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or unrecoverable data.

Please back up your data before service. If requested, we can assist with data backup (fees may apply).

All customer data will be treated as confidential and will not be shared or accessed unnecessarily.

5. Repair Turnaround

Most repairs are completed within [1–3 business days], depending on part availability and complexity.

Bot Boy PCs is not liable for delays caused by shipping, third-party suppliers, or unforeseen issues.

6. Parts & Warranty

New parts may carry a manufacturer’s warranty (usually 30–90 days).

Used/refurbished parts (if used) are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated.

Bot Boy PCs offers a [30-day workmanship warranty] on labor.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water, physical impact, or viruses after service.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of service.

We accept [cash, credit/debit, and other listed payment methods].

Devices not picked up within 30 days of completion may be considered abandoned and subject to resale or disposal.

8. Liability

Bot Boy PCs is not liable for:

Loss of data, software, or files during service

Damage from pre-existing conditions, aging components, or user actions

Any incidental or consequential damages arising from service

9. Abandoned Devices

Devices left unclaimed for over 30 days after repair completion will be considered abandoned. Bot Boy PCs reserves the right to dispose of or resell such devices to recover service costs.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about device issues.

You must notify us of any passwords, encryption, or special instructions.

11. Changes to Terms

Bot Boy PCs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to future services.
